Sure, you might be told that baked is better than fried, and while it is for the most part, there is not a lot of benefit. So, keep that in mind that baked items such as cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and even muffins are a big no.
  • Fried Food: Fried food contains calories and salt in high amount, so it is safe to say that whenever you are thinking of quitting food that you should before dieting, fried food is definitely among the list.
  • Sauces: I know this sounds weird, but you need to understand sauces are not something that you want on your diet whenever you are trying to lose weight.
  • High Calorie Drinks: Another thing that you need to avoid is drinks that have high calories in them. Sure, you can think about having that smoothie every now and then, but in most cases, you need to avoid them at all costs.

Step 2

Now that you have quit the food that is harmful, next up is to introduce movement in your daily life. Now the thing that you need to keep in mind here is that your body is most probably not trained enough for the hardcore work out and if you do opt for that, you might end up injuring yourself. So in such a situation, you need to understand that you need to start with small steps, and then usually increase.

Let’s say you start with 10,000 steps a day, and slowly move your way up. I know a lot of people might have issue with that saying that it is not enough, but the good news is that it will always work, and the results are something that have been proven time and again. This is impressive.
